Here are a couple updated pictures with the pillow cover quilted.
|Lots of changing the white and red thread. Blue stars quilted with swirls after the straight line quilting all done|
|The straight line quilting did shrink it vertically by about 1/2" so it looks square now.|

|I forgot my plan to do some quilting prior to making it into a pillow cover and thought it looked great anyway, but as I look at this photo, I think I will go ahead and take it apart and do the quilting to give it a little more body so it sits nicer.|
Here you can see it with the patriotic, George Washington crossing the Delaware print in the background. The professionally cut double mat from Michaels frames it just right.
|The pillow cover looks longer than it is wide but it's actually square. I guess it's an optical illusion. I'm going to do straight line quilting horizontally and I think it will make it look more square.|
