Christmas Corner December 2014

Merry Christmas!!!

A little last minute sewing.
Christmas pillow cases

A wonderful quick project and you don't have to worry so much about colors and style.  They are just fun!

I worked on this tote bag last week.  It has a recessed zipper and several pockets and some special details.
I used one of my Sew Sweet Simplicity blocks.  I embroidered some little blue flowers in the window boxes.

Stamped label on the back.  You can almost see the recessed zipper-- I'll show more pictures later with a tutorial.

Label made with fabric markers stamped onto linen look cotton -- faded parts touched up with a sharpie.  Edges pinked and attached with a glue stick onto a pinked piece of red felt.
